Who I Am & Why I Created Empowered Wellness
I’m Ki’ara, a nurse, health and wellness coach, and holistic wellness advocate. I started this business because I know what it feels like to be burnt out, overwhelmed, struggling with lifestyle modifications, and disconnected from yourself. I’ve been through deep personal struggles—navigating toxic environments, battling stress and depression, navigating my physical health struggles, and overcoming heartbreak—and I understand firsthand how those challenges affect your health on every level.
Through my own healing journey, I discovered the power of holistic health, mindset shifts, and intentional self-care, and I made it my mission to help others do the same. I believe that wellness should feel luxurious, not like another chore on your to-do list. It should be something you look forward to—a way of life that brings peace, confidence, and long-term transformation.
